Every week this coaching staff proves it's in over their heads with a poorly constructed roster (maybe putting Clowney and Nugent on IR so they could sign an extra LB or 2 with Harris injured), a poorly constructed gameplan, and a team that maginally executes but is never able to put anyone away. Why should players like Coles, who has head-to-toe injuries, care and risk themselves? If I were Sean Ellis I'd probably spend the night before games getting high too. All I know is, Chad Pennington will have the last laugh when he takes the Dolphins to the playoffs by embarassing the Jets to close out the season.
